Terrance has over 20 years experience in Emergency Fire / Rescue Operations and Communications. As a member of the Suffolk County E-911 Commission, he brings a powerful message and successful implementation of FPDS to Smithtown Fire District.

Terrance brings his leadership and team development with a contagious enthusiasm to organizations. Terry holds certifications with the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch in the Medical and Fire and ED-Q, as well as a Graduate of the Communications Center Managers Course sponsored by Fitch and Associates.

As an active EDQ, Terrance is developing and guiding the process of online EDQ teams for 911 Audits. His focus for 911 Audits is to help build strength and drive strategy with the core group of people who create company results. An expert in helping clients overcome the barriers that limit effective results of company agenda’s.
