Margot Bergstrom brings 911 Audits eight years of experience as the Training Officer of Communications for the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS), which has included teaching, team building, and mentoring 911 staff.

Licensed as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher and ED-Quality Assurance, She has also earned an Advance Life Support Paramedic license and a Bachelor of Health Science degree (Pre-hospital Care). In 2006, Margot graduated from the Communication Center Managers course through Fitch & Associates. Her diverse experience and education provides 911 Audits with a comprehensive foundation in the field of Paramedicine and 911 Fire/EMS Dispatch Centers.

A strong promoter of the NAED discipline, Margot’s role is to concentrate energies on a product that allows the best opportunity to achieve any 911 Communication Center desired outcomes.
