Joshua Kelly is a high energy, high impact manager with more than a decade of experience in EMS and communications. Mr. Kelly was most recently the director of an air and ground EMS communications center that transports more than 30,000 patients each year, and also responsible for 911 services. As Co-founder of 911 Audits he wanted to answer the need in the marketplace for affordable, relevant auditing processes.

After attending Pensacola Christian University and the University of North Texas, he began his career in paramedicine. His diverse background is the foundation for his work in soft skills business training and prepared him well for the communication center. His understanding of the industry continues to help 911 Audits reach out to other companies and improve their results.

As an alumnus of the Communications Center Management Course sponsored by Fitch and Associates, Josh’s ability to drive results by engaging employees and attention to detail lends well to his position at 911 Audits.

Mr. Kelly holds certification with the National Academy of Emergency Dispatch, holding EMD and ED-Q certifications as well as a member of the National Emergency Number Association.
