911 Quality Assurance Auditor (US and Canada division)

Function:
This position will provide case evaluation support and document direct compliance to 911 emergency calls using NAED specific rules and also specific guidelines of each Center. In addition, you may become involved in the operations involving Good Auditing Practices for 911 Centers and case studies.

Main Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and educate through individual case review for 911 call taking personnel.
• Maintain full cognizance of all 911Audits company policies, procedures, guidelines and directives associated with NAED regulatory issues, as well as all regulations and guidelines for the Centers you will be auditing.
• Independently perform case evaluations for the purpose of assessing NAED regulatory compliance to Case Entry, Key Questions, Determinates, PDI, PAI’s and Customer service standards of each 911 center:
• Write clear, concise summaries of each 911 call review as outlined above, along with reasonable and appropriate suggestions for corrective action in response to observations made during audits.
• Accurately report the findings to mismanaged QA calls so that appropriate action may be initiated.
• Contribute to the skills and collaborative efforts of 911Audits.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• NAED training as ED-Q.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a 911 center including a minimum of 3 years as Ed-Q experience.
• Possess and exhibit the personal characteristics and maturity necessary to work from home.
• Sufficient specific technical knowledge of 911 educational training.
• Proficient in English language.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, personal integrity, professional manner, high degree of concern for quality and ability to gain respect and good working relationships with company personnel at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to produce quality reports and written documentation.
• Well developed sense of discretion, tact and diplomacy.
• Own a home computer with high speed internet access.
• Pass full background check
